Your number of spam reports should be very minimal.

If you are receiving an increased number of spam reports, there are two main things you can do:

1. Use the default email templates

If you're using our default recommended templates, we don't expect you to get many spam reports.

2. Add your email domain

One way to reduce your spam report rate of review requests is to use our Email Domains feature to brand emails with your own domain.

The main benefit of Email Domains feature is that it reduces the likelihood of a customer thinking the email is spam because they don’t recognize the sender's email address.
