Product Reviews
Product reviews focus on a specific product. They provide feedback about the item purchased by the customer, helping other shoppers understand the quality and experience of that product.

Store Reviews
Store reviews, also called company or business reviews, focus on the customer’s overall experience with your store rather than a specific product.
