You can decide where customers submit their reviews after receiving a review request by choosing your preferred option in the Submission Page settings. Fera gives you two simple choices:
Option 1: Use a Fera Hosted Review Page
The Fera hosted review page is a dedicated review submission page hosted by Fera.

How to Choose Your Review Submission Page
Go to Configuration and navigate to Submissions > Submissions Settings.
Choose your option:
Select Hosted Fera Page if you want a separate page hosted by Fera.
Select Embed on Store if you want the form directly on your site.
Once you’ve selected an option, click Save to apply the changes.
