Here are four simple actions you can take to minimize spam reports:
Be upfront about who you are and the kind of messages you (will) send as soon as a customer subscribes to your emails.
Tip: You can do this in your welcome emails through your email marketing service (e.g. Klaviyo)
Ensure that the unsubscribe button is easy to find. You can always edit the theme code and customize the message for best performance.
Make your review request emails as personalized as possible.
Don't send too frequent emails to a single customer and space your emails out.
