Within Fera, you can choose between the Default, chat-style theme and a Plain theme.
📝 Note: If you are a developer and/or are comfortable with Liquid and HTML syntax then you can edit the theme of the using liquid/html.
Follow these steps to change the design of your email requests:
On the left sidebar, click on Configuration
Then click on Automatic Requests
Select Message Customization
Under Theme, click on the drop-down navigation and choose:
Default or
Plain
