This guide will show you how to convert reviews from one type to the other in just a few steps.
📌 Note: You only need to convert reviews if your imported product reviews were saved as store reviews, or if a customer left a product review under your store instead.
How to Convert Store Reviews to Product Reviews?
You can easily convert one or more store reviews into product reviews. Here’s how:
Go to your Reviews and select the store reviews you want to convert.
Click on the “…” next to the review you want to convert, then choose Convert to Product Review.
Select the product you want the reviews to be associated with, and click Yes when you’re ready.
How to Convert Product Reviews to Store Reviews?
To convert one or more product reviews into store reviews just follow the same steps as converting store reviews to product reviews.
Go to your Reviews and select the product reviews you want to convert.
Click on the “…” next to the review you want to convert, then choose Convert to Store Review.
Since store reviews aren’t linked to a product, you won’t need to select a product.
