One extra feature implemented with last year's branding update was the ability to remove the 'Powered By Fera' branding.
This branding was created to seamlessly (where appropriate) increase customer confidence.
'Powered by Fera' is the branding that appears at the bottom of:
Emails you send with Fera to collect reviews, and
Submission Modals
When enabled, review request emails sent from your Fera account will show the 'Powered by Fera' branding at the bottom.
This feature can be disabled should you not want to display this branding.
📝Note: 'Powered by Fera' is automatically enabled for all stores. Stores on the Free or StartUp Plan will need to upgrade their plan to remove the 'Powered By Fera' branding (as of August 1, 2024).
How to Remove the 'Powered by Fera' Branding
Go to Configuration
Select Branding & Design
Under the Advanced tab, toggle off the 'Powered By' toggle
Click Save
