No business wants negative or less than stellar reviews, but negative reviews aren't always a bad thing and are actually needed!
It may be tempting to want to only show your best/most positive reviews to your customers.
While there are many features and customizations you can make within Fera, you cannot only show certain star ratings, but there are other things you can do to ensure that you show your best and most positive reviews first!
Sort by Quality
Quality sorting allows you to display your highest quality reviews first and will be at the top of your reviews list.
Go to your Product Reviews widget
Click on the Body Tab
Under Default Sorting
Select the Sort By dropdown menu
You can choose to sort by photos and videos first or most recent
You can also choose to turn off Default Sorting
Opt not to Show Ratings
Product ratings show the number of reviews for any given product in your store.
Go to the Product Detail Rating widget
Under Stars & Text
Toggle off Rating Count
Optional: Toggle on Average Rating Number
