After you have created your automatic review request, emails will start to be sent (or scheduled) out to your customers.

If you want to see what the request email will look like to your customers, you can do one of two things:

  1. Under Message Customization

    1. Review the Request Email template

  2. Under Customer Messages

    1. Select a message, then click the 'eye' icon

Customers can review multiple or singular products, depending on their order.

Whether your customer(s) order one or multiple products, the initial request email will look the same.

Single Product Review Request(s)

Multiple Products Review Request(s)

If a customer has ordered multiple items, their review link will have each item to be reviewed.

For example, if a customer orders 5 products (2 pink shoes, 2 blue shoes, and 1 striped shoe), they will be prompted to review 3 items because they ordered 3 different variants.

Once they write one review, they will be prompted to review the next product.
