Fera allows you to customize the message sent to your customers, asking them to submit a review.
You can customize the:
Subject line
Theme
Message templates
Theme Customization
Within Fera, you can choose between the Default, chat-style theme and a Plain theme.
To customize your messages to your customers, follow these simple steps:
Go to the top menu bar or left sidebar
Click on Configuration
Then choose Automatic Requests
Choose a Campaign or Click on New Auto Request Campaign
Select Default or Plain theme and write your email!
