There are multiple ways that your customer reviews can be automatically approved after being submitted by customers.

You can configure Fera to automatically approve positive reviews from submission form settings.

As of March 1, 2022 any reviews that are submitted by real, verified customers that are not approved or declined by one of your staff may be automatically approved by our system.

If you don't remember approving a review then you can always check the history for the review by clicking the 3 dots on the review and clicking "View History",
