With the improved dashboard, you’ll be able to see your campaign activity including how many review requests were sent, how many customers left a review, and view by channel such as email or SMS.
Campaign Metrics You Can Track
By tracking your campaign performance, you’ll gain valuable insights that help you optimize your review strategy, increase your conversion rate, and make every campaign you set up more effective. These are the following metrics you will be able to view: :
Requests sent - total number of review requests that were successfully delivered.
Open rate - measures the percentage of people who opened your review request campaign compared to how many received it.
Click rate - measures percentage of people who clicked on the link inside your review request campaign.
Submission rate - measures percentage of people who completed and submitted a review after clicking the review request link.
Performance by Channel - Compare how your campaigns perform across different channels (email, SMS, etc.).
How to View Your Campaign Performance in Fera
You can access your campaign performance data directly from your Fera dashboard. Here’s how:
Log in to your Fera Dashboard and click Configuration. Navigate to the Automatic Review Requests or One-Time Review Requests).
Next to your campaign, click the View Analytics button.
Once opened, you’ll see a detailed overview of your campaign performance, including the metrics above.
Tip: Check your campaign analytics regularly to track trends, test new channels, and improve your results to get more reviews.
