Need to know if a customer can receive SMS review requests? Here's how to quickly check if their phone number is saved.
Go to Insights > Customers in your Fera dashboard.
Find and select the customer you want to check.
Click More to view their full details.
Look for the Phone Number field
If the customer has a phone number saved, it will appear here. If not, the field will show "no phone or consent"
π Note: To send SMS review requests, a customer must have both a valid phone number and marketing consent.
