Why use SMS for Review Requests?

While email has long been the standard for collecting reviews, e-commerce stores are shifting to a more omni-channel approach, and email alone isn’t enough anymore. That’s where SMS comes in.

Here are a few key benefits of SMS when it comes to collecting reviews:
