These options give you better control over your review requests by allowing them to send messages immediately or cancel scheduled messages.
In this help document, we will show you when and how to use these two options.
Send Now Option
For example, if your customer received their order earlier, with this option, you can send them an immediate review request instead of waiting for the scheduled time in your active campaign.
Maybe you’re running a special promotion where customers will get a great offer if they leave a review. The “Send Now” option ensures you don’t have to wait, allowing you to reach out to your customers immediately.
Cancel Option
You will need this option if your customer cancels their order, or another reason can be delayed delivery. It’s not professional to send a review request for a product the customer has not received yet.
How to Use These Features?
To use these features, go to Messages. Next to each scheduled message, you will find ⋯ (three dots), where you can select "Send Now" or "Cancel."
All that you need to do is write a reason why you want to send now.
Note📝: Your messages need to be scheduled in order to use these options. You won’t see these options on messages that are already sent or canceled.
