Step-by-Step: How to Download Customer Photos?
Go to the Fera Dashboard.
On the left-hand menu, click on Photos & Videos section.
3. Hover over the photo or video you wish to download.
4. Click on Download from the dropdown.
Once the file is downloaded, you can easily find it on your computer, and now you can view your media and use it as you like! 📁✨
