When you import or sync existing reviews from outside sources (i.e. Amazon, Etsy, AliExpress), it will show where that review came from.
This is the 'source', it helps to build trust and show your customers that those reviews can be trusted and came from real people.
Without the source, the reviews aren't verified.
When you remove the source from a review, it will show as a 'manual entry'.
📝 Note: We do not recommend removing the logo of a source review. This can erode the trust of your customers.
Step-By-Step Instructions
Go to Reviews
Select the review you want to edit
Scroll down to Admin Section
Click Toggle
In 'Channel Code', delete the code
Then click Save
That review will now show as Manual Entry
📝 Note: Removing the source logo from an imported or synced review, will make the review unverified and could lead to customers not trusting the review.
