If you want to export your reviews, follow these steps:
Click on the Person with the gear in your back end or go to Configuration
Under Configuration
Scroll down to Review Data
Select Export Review
Click +New Export
Fill out why you want to export your reviews
Select Export Reviews
Your exported reviews will be sent to you via email
