If you want to save your customer feedback, share it on social media, or transfer it to another platform, you need to export your reviews.
This guide will show you how to do that easily.
To export your reviews from Fera, follow these simple steps:
Click on the Person with the Gear icon in your backend or navigate to Configuration.
Under Configuration, scroll down to Review Data.
Select Export Reviews.
Click +New Export.
Fill out the required field to explain why you want to export your reviews.
📝 Note: If your store has a large number of reviews, the support team will prepare your export and send it to you as a CSV file.
Moving to Judge.me
Moving to Judge.me
If you want to import your reviews to Judge.me, follow these steps:
From Judge.me admin, go to Manage Reviews > Import & sync reviews.
Search for the Fera to import your reviews.
Now, upload your CSV file and click 'Import'.
That's it! Now, you'll be able to use Judge.me for your reviews.
