Follow these simple steps to import your existing reviews into Fera using a CSV file:
Step 1: Go to the Reviews Section
From your Fera dashboard, navigate to Reviews in the left-hand sidebar.
Step 2: Import Reviews
Click + Add Review, then select Import/Sync Existing Reviews.
Choose your CSV file and upload it to begin the import process.

With the CSV Import Box, importing reviews into Fera is now more flexible and easier to manage.
Upload Your CSV File
First, upload your CSV file. Depending on your file, you will need to select a header row or choose “No headers in the sheet” if it doesn’t have one.
Match Your Columns
Next, match the Template Fields with the columns in your file to ensure everything is mapped correctly for import.
Verify Your Data
After that, you will reach the Verify Data step, where you can review all the information before submitting.
Submit and Import Reviews
Once everything is correct, submit the file. Your data will be processed, and your reviews will be imported and displayed inside Fera.
Fix and Resubmit Errors
If the import box cannot find an ID or detects any incorrect fields, you can simply resubmit the file and correct the affected rows.
