If a customer purchased a product from your store and then made a repeat purchase of the same product, an Automatic Review Request will only be sent out again if:
The original product purchase has not yet been reviewed
You can ensure that a Review Request will not be sent out again (unless not reviewed) under Automatic Review Requests.
