In order to prevent Fera from automatically requesting reviews for certain products, you will have to exclude specific products from being reviewed by going to the Exclusions tab under Store Settings.
There are two ways you can do this.
The first way to find the exclusions tab is under the When to Send tab in your Automatic Review Request campaign.
On your sidebar, select Requests
Then click which type of request you want to send
Under your Review Request Campaign, click on When To Send
Below Conditions, select the click here button
The second way is by going to Store Settings
On your sidebar, find Configuration
Then go to Settings
Under Store Settings, click on Exclusions
