If you want to exclude a customer or group of customers from getting review requests, you will need to use customer exclusion filters.

There are two customer attributes that can be used for exclusions:

  1. Country

  2. Email


To do exclude customers from receiving requests, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Configuration

  2. Then select Settings

  3. Once under Store Settings

    1. Click on Exclusions

  4. Under Exclude Customers, click on +Conditions

    1. Now, choose which condition(s) you would prefer for your customer exclusion
