How do I exclude a customer from getting review requests?

How to exclude customers from receiving requests.

If you want to exclude a customer or group of customers from getting review requests, you will need to use customer exclusion filters.

To do exclude customers from receiving requests, follow these steps:

  1. Click on Configuration

  2. Then select Exclusion Filters

  3. Once under Customers Tab

  4. Under Exclude Customers, click on +Conditions

    1. Now, choose which condition(s) you would prefer for your customer exclusion
