For our merchants who searching for this integration, we wanted to inform you that, at the moment, Fera doesn't support a direct integration with Trustpilot.
This means you cannot automatically import, sync, or show Trustpilot reviews inside Fera using an official integration.
What can I do instead?
While a direct integration is not available, you still have a few options:
Download your reviews as a CSV file and import them into Fera
(To avoid any issues, you can use this template file to upload your CSV.)
Manually import reviews into Fera, if you have permission to reuse them
Collect reviews directly through Fera’s review collection tools (email, SMS, widgets)
Will Trustpilot be supported in the future?
