Closing your store is a significant action, and it’s important to understand what happens to your data and access after this process. Here’s a breakdown of what to expect:

1. All Your Data Will Be Deleted

Once you close your store, Fera has a grace period of 48 hours before all of your data will be permanently removed from the Fera system. This includes:

- Product and store reviews
- Photos and videos associated with those reviews
- Any pending or completed review requests
- All of your configurations and settings

Please ensure that you back up any important data before closing your account, as this information cannot be recovered once deleted. You can reach out to our support team, and they will gladly assist you.

2. You Won't Be Able To Get A Refund

Refunds cannot be provided for the current billing cycle (or any previous months) if the billing cycle has already started and you are on a paid plan. Please consider this carefully before closing your account.

3. You Can Re-Open Your Account and Start Fresh

If you decide to re-open your store in the future, you’ll be able to re-access your account. However, please note: the account will be treated as new, with no prior data restored. Unless you had your reviews exported before closing the account, you won't be able to recover them.
