What is Product Questions?
The Product Questions widget is used when customers want to ask questions about an individual product, and these questions appear straight on the product page.
How to Show Product Questions
Go to Configuration > Widgets in your Fera admin, find the Product Questions in the list and click Setup Widget to begin.
2. Choose Product Detail Page as the page where you want the widget to appear.
3. Next, select Automatic and click Finish. The widget will be automatically added to your product pages.
Congratulations! Your Product Questions widget is now visible, and customers can start asking questions directly on your product pages.
