What is Store Questions?
Store Questions allow customers to ask general questions such as shipping, policies, or services. These questions are not linked to a specific product and help provide clear information across your shop.
How to Show Store Questions
Go to Configuration > Widgets in your Fera admin, find the Store Questions in the list and click Setup Widget to begin.
2. Choose Home Page as the page where you want the widget to appear.
3. Next, select Automatic and click Finish. The widget will be automatically
added to your home page.
Congratulations! Your store questions widget is now visible, and customers can start asking questions directly on your store.
