Integrating Fera with Parcel Panel allows you to display order tracking information alongside customer reviews on your Shopify store.
Follow this guide to easily connect both apps and enhance the customer experience.
1. Install Both Apps
Ensure both the Fera and Parcel Panel apps are installed in your Shopify store.
2. Connect Fera with Parcel Panel
Go to Configuration > Apps & Integrations.
Find and select Parcel Panel from the list of available integrations.
Click "Connect" and authorize the integration.
3. Enable Shipping Tracking Events
Go to the ParcelPanel admin panel, navigate to Settings, and enable the Send shipping tracking events to Shopify feature.
This will ensure shipment statuses are updated in Shopify.
4. Setup or Edit Automatic Requests in Fera
Click on Configuration and choose Automatic Requests.
Create a new automatic request campaign or edit an existing one.
In the "When to Send" dropdown menu, choose "delivered (AKA received)"
