Why aren’t all my Amazon reviews and ratings syncing?

Why the number of synced Amazon ratings and reviews don't add up on your Fera dashboard.

The Amazon Reviews integration allows you to sync your Amazon reviews to your Fera account.

However, this is just for reviews and not ratings!

If you are wondering, 'What is the difference?'

The difference is that the rating is just that, it is the number of stars that a customer gives you, while a review is the star rating and content (text, photo, video).

Only reviews with content are synced to Fera with the Amazon Reviews integration.

📝Note: We only sync reviews; anonymous ratings can't be synced

Example

If your ASIN number has 76 total ratings, but only 67 with reviews, only the 67 with reviews will be synced to your Fera account.

The initial sync only imports 100 reviews from Amazon product.

For example, Amazon Product A has 250 reviews, sync the reviews to Fera. The initial sync will import only 100 reviews because it is the Amazon API limitation, you can verify that by checking all reviews on the Amazon product page you can view only up to page 10 and each page shows 10 reviews. But the new reviews will sync to our app.

📝Note: Reviews are synced once a week
