Fera does not connect directly to Amazon or automatically sync Amazon reviews.
⚠️ Note: To import Amazon reviews, you'll need to provide a CSV file containing review data that you have permission to export, import, and display outside of Amazon.
Before importing reviews, make sure:
The reviews are for products you own or sell.
You have the right to export and reuse the review content.
You are authorized to display the reviews in Fera and on your storefront.
Your CSV includes accurate source information where available, such as product URLs or review URLs.
Step 1: Export Your Amazon Reviews
Prepare a CSV file containing the Amazon reviews you want to import.
If you use a browser extension or another third-party tool to export reviews, make sure you are allowed to use that tool and that you have permission to export and reuse the review data.
Your CSV should include as many of these fields as possible:
Amazon product identifier
Product URL
Review URL
Rating
Review title
Review body
Reviewer name
Review date
Step 2: Download the Fera Amazon Reviews CSV Template
Download the Amazon CSV template and format your review file to match it.
Using the template helps Fera correctly map each review and preserve Amazon source attribution.
Before the import starts, you'll be asked to confirm that you are authorized to import and display the Amazon reviews outside Amazon.
Step 3: Import your reviews into Fera
To import your reviews, open your Fera dashboard, and go to Add Reviews.
Select Import Reviews, choose Amazon, and upload the CSV file you downloaded.
Once the import is complete, your Amazon reviews will be available in Fera.
Important Note: Fera only supports Amazon reviews through merchant-supplied CSV imports. Fera does not scrape or sync Amazon reviews. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to import and display the reviews.
