To change the discount on your review request email, you will need to edit your Automatic Review Request.
⚠️ You cannot change a discount on a one-time review request if it has already been sent. ⚠️
Step-by-Step Instructions
On your Dashboard, click Configuration
a. Then click Automatic Requests
Select the desired Automatic Review Request
Click the Incentives tab
a. Click Manage Incentives if you want to use from existing incentives
b. OR select the Pencil icon to change the existing custom discount
Click Save, once you have edited the incentive.
