To change the discount on your review request email, you will need to edit your Automatic Review Request.
⚠️ You cannot change a discount on a one-time review request if it has already been sent. ⚠️
Step-by-Step Instructions
On your Dashboard, click Configuration
Click Setup
On the drop-down menu click Automatic Requests
Select the desired Automatic Review Request
Click the Incentives tab
Select the Pencil icon to change the existing
OR click Change Type to change the existing incentive type
Click Save, once you have edited the incentive.
