We’re sorry to see you go! Follow the steps below to cancel your Fera subscription.
Step 1: Go to Configuration
From your Fera dashboard, navigate to Configuration.
Step 2: Access Billing
Scroll down to Account and click on Billing.
Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription
On the right side of Subscription, click the three dots (•••).
Select Cancel Subscription.
You’ll be asked to provide a reason for canceling, your feedback helps us improve Fera.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
Why am I still being charged after canceling?
Make sure you don’t have another active Fera account under a different email. Also, double check that the email linked to your subscription is correct.
2. Why can’t I cancel my subscription or downgrade my plan?
Sometimes temporary issues happen with the server or billing. If this happens, contact our support team, they can help cancel your subscription for you directly.
