What to do if your product ratings do not show in Google Shopping
If your product ratings are not showing in Google Shopping, please check the following:
✔️ You have a Google Merchant account
If you do not have a Google Merchant Account, head over to the Google Merchant Center to set this up.
✔️ You have 50+ reviews
If you don't have more than 50 reviews, you cannot use the Google Shopping feature
✔️ You have been approved for a product reviews feed.
If you don't have a Product Reviews option, you'll need to fill out the Product Ratings Interest Form.
Google will approve or deny your application to have a reviews feed.
✔️ Your review feed has been approved.
You might not have waited long enough for your review feed to be approved.
Providing a feed does not guarantee that your content will be included in Google Shopping.
Product feeds are displayed at Google's discretion, and you must meet have all the correct product data.
If your feed has not been approved after a week, contact Google
