Why Fera May Not Be Working in Chrome

Why Fera may not be working in Chrome and how to solve it.

Written by Ivona Nastova

If you notice that Fera widgets or features are not displaying correctly in Chrome, it is usually related to your browser cache.

Common reason

In most cases, the issue happens because the browser cache needs to be cleared.

How to fix it

Try clearing your Chrome cache:

  • Open Chrome

  • Click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner

  • Go to Settings

  • Click Privacy and security

  • Select Clear browsing data

  • Choose Cached images and files

  • Click Clear data

After clearing the cache, refresh your page and check Fera again.

We always recommend using Google Chrome when testing Fera widgets, as it provides the most stable and consistent experience.
