With Fera, you can automatically give points to customers after they submit a review by connecting a supported loyalty integration.
Step 1: Go to Incentives
Open your Fera Dashboard
Navigate to Incentives
Click + New Incentive
Select Points
Step 2: Choose a Loyalty Integration
After selecting Points, choose which loyalty program you want to connect:

Once the review is approved, loyalty points will be automatically awarded to the customer.
