In order to make sure that the popup is showing properly, here's what you need to do:
Re-login and Accept Permissions
Log out and back into your Fera account through the platform. When prompted, accept any new permissions required by Fera to ensure everything is up-to-date.
βCheck for the Fera Pixel (Shopify Only)
Ensure the "Fera Pixel" is installed and active in your Shopify store settings. This is essential for the popup to function properly.
- Log in to your Shopify Admin
- Open the top search bar and type in "Customer Events"
- You should see "Fera" in the "Pixel" section.
βVerify Store Connection
Confirm that your store is correctly connected to Fera. Go to your Fera dashboard and check the integration status to make sure everything is synced.
