Joy Loyalty helps convert your buyers into loyal customers effortlessly by automatic points earning.
This integration will allow you to use Fera and Joy Loyalty together to reward customers with loyalty points when they leave a review.
When you sync Fera with Joy Loyalty, you'll be able to:
Reward Review Submissions
Decide how many points to reward review submissions
Offer more points for photo/video submissions
Create one-time reward campaigns
Integration Setup
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to Shopify App Store.
2. Find the Joy Loyalty listing and click "Open App"
Note: If you don't have Joy Loyalty on your Shopify store, you will automatically be redirected to add the app to your store.
3. Users that already have added the app will be redirected to their dashboard.
4. From the sidebar, click on Integrations
5. Look for Fera Product Reviews and click on the listing
6. Under 'Step 1: Connect to Fera', click the Fera Admin hyperlink
a. Copy your Secret API Key
7. Paste the key into the Secret Key box
8. Click Connect
That's it. Fera and Joy Loyalty have been successfully connected!
