By default Fera will show customer's first name and last initial on reviews which looks like this:
You might want to change what displays. There are a few ways to do that.
Change Customer Name Display Globally From Privacy & Security Settings
You can change the way Fera displays customers names globally across all widgets and APIs from the Privacy & Security Settings. The option is called "Display Name Format".
Display Setting Value | Example | Description |
First Name and Last Initial (Default) | Michael B. | This is the default setting. It will display the customer's first name followed by the last initial.
If the customer's name is only 1 word then only the first name will be displayed. |
Full Name | Michael Bluth | This displays the customer's full name. |
Only First Name | Michael | This displays only the customer's first name. |
Initials | M.B. | This displays the first letter of the customer's name followed by the last name of the customer's name. |
Initials With Dots Between | M...B
