How is the customer refunded?
Your customer will be refunded by the payment they used in Shopify on their most recent order.
How does a customer receive notice once their review was approved?
When you send out a review request, this is what your customer will see:
They will then be prompted to leave you a review on your website.
Once you approve their review in your backend, your customer will receive an email to notify them that their review was approved.
📝 Note: You have to approve your customer's submissions before their reward is given to them.
