You can use these as much as you need on any plan:
Users: Add as many team members as you want.
Review requests: Send as many review requests as your orders generate.
Media storage: Collect all the photos and videos your customers share, with no limit.
Widgets: Add as many widgets as you like, such as Product Reviews, Product Detail Rating, Media Gallery Carousel and more.
You don’t need to do anything. This applies to your account automatically.
What your plan is based on
Order volume. Pick the plan that fits how many orders your store gets each month. Your reviews, widgets and settings stay exactly as they are, whichever plan you’re on.

Your plan is based on your store’s order volume. If your store grows beyond the order volume included in your current plan, you’ll need to subscribe to a higher plan. Fera won’t automatically move you to a higher plan.
