In this help article, we’ll show you how to connect your Squarespace store to Fera so you can start collecting and displaying customer reviews.
Step 1: Connect Your Squarespace Store
If you are New to Fera, Go to Fera signup and select Squarespace.
Already have a Fera account? Sign in, choose Add Store, and select Squarespace.
Click Connect Squarespace Store to continue.
Step 2: Authorize Fera
If you are already logged in, Fera will ask for simple permissions to your store, such as order and fulfillment information and customer information.
You will need to allow these permissions so Fera can work properly with your store.
Step 3: Complete the onboarding steps
Complete the onboarding steps, which are mostly about when you want to send review requests and activate widgets.
Step 4: Complete the Fera footer script
On your Fera setup screen, copy the two scripts generated for your store. In Squarespace Code Injection:
1. Footer: Click Copy Code and paste the script into the Footer field in Squarespace Code Injection.
2. Order Confirmation Page and Order Status Page: Click the second Copy Code button. Paste that same script into both named fields in Squarespace Code Injection.
Save your changes in Squarespace, then visit your live storefront.
3. Check Status: Return to Fera and click Check Now. This checks that Fera’s footer script is running. Once Fera detects the footer script, you can continue setup.
Step 5: Your Fera Account Is Ready
Once you complete your onboarding, your account will be ready, and you will be able to access your Fera dashboard, where you can activate widgets, create email campaigns, and more.
