Sync Reviews from Fera to Shop App
To sync reviews from Fera to Shop, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your accounts
Sign in to your Fera account and make sure you’re also logged in to your Shop App account. This ensures both platforms are ready to connect.
2. Find the Shop App integration
In your Fera dashboard, go to Apps & Integrations. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find Shop App, then click Connect.
3. Enable syncing options
Once connected, you’ll see two toggles:
Show your Fera reviews in the Shop App - lets your store reviews appear in the Shop App.
Show Shop App reviews on your website - lets reviews from the Shop App display on your online store.
Turn on the options you want. After that, you’ll see that the integration is connected, and you’ll just need to click to sync for the first time to start syncing your reviews.
Note: The integration does not import past reviews from Fera to Shop. Only new reviews collected after enabling the integration will sync.
