Follow these steps if you want to upgrade or downgrade to the free plan with Fera.

To upgrade your plan, from the left sidebar navigation go to Configuration -> Account -> Billing.

Next, find the "upgrade" link next to your current plan and click on it:

You can also upgrade by clicking on the top right ••• and selecting "Upgrade".

To downgrade your plan, navigate to the billing page by going to Configuration -> Account -> Billing from the left sidebar same as described above.

To downgrade to a smaller plan click on the top right dots (•••) in the billing page and select "Downgrade".

If you don't see the downgrade option it probably means you're already on the smallest plan (and the next plan down is the free plan or cancellation).

To downgrade to a smaller plan click on the top right dots (•••) in the billing page and select "Cancel (Downgrade to Free)".

You'll be asked for reason why you're cancelling your subscription. We really appreciate your input since it helps us improve the product.

In Fera downgrading to the free plan is the same thing as cancelling your paid plan since every account defaults to the free plan.

Follow the instructions above to cancel your subscription.
