1. Contact us from the app

  • You can easily reach us through the little chat button, located at the bottom right corner of any page in Fera's app.

  • If you’re not logged in, the Fera chat is also accessible on our website, so you can still start a conversation with one of our support agents.

2. Contact us by email

You can also shoot us an email anytime and one of our team members will be more than happy to get back to you:

Response times

If you contact us during business hours, we usually respond within minutes or a few hours.

If messages are sent outside business hours will you receive a response within 1 business day, so you can get the assistance without long delays.
