Video on how to import Google reviews to your store

1. Go to the Integrations area in your Fera Dashboard

2. Look for the Google Business Integration

3. Click Connect

4. Follow the instructions on screen to connect your Google account with Fera

5. Select your location

6. Click Complete Setup

7. Check that the connection is made!

8. Manage your reviews from the Content Tab

Now you can see all your Google Reviews under the Store Review Tab.

Note: Google only provides one permission level for Google Business Profile integrations, so Fera requests the access needed to import and sync reviews. Fera will never edit, transfer, or delete your business profile.
